Product features:

1.     Before the molten aluminum enters the degassing system, the hydrogen content of it was ≤0.28ml/100gAl. But the hydrogen content would be below 0.14/100Agl after being degassed by the online degassing system.

2.     After molten aluminum flows into the degassing unit box, the inert gas will be added via the rotating impeller. After collisin, catch, absorbing and partial pressure function, the inert gas carrying with the hydrogen would float to the surface.

3.     The highly pure graphic rotor would be de-oxidant processed to be more erode-resistant with  longer using life.

4.     It adopts immersion electrical heating with U type silicon carbide rod as inner heating element, and thus it is safe, reliable and durable.
